Baden Wine
Baden is the most southerly of Germany’s wine regions and has probably benefited the most from global warming. Two thirds of the vineyards in the region are adjacent to the Black Forest, with most of these being positioned between the forest and the Rhine. Over the last couple of decades Baden has built a reputation for producing barrel aged Pinot Noirs that are great with food but also delightful on their own.
