Friuli Wine
In the north-western corner of Italy is the wine region of Friuli, which produces some of Italy’s finest white wines and its most famous sparkling wine, Prosecco. Pinot Grigio is the most important white grape in the area whilst Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc are also commonly grown.
