A blend of Garnacha Tintorera (aka Alicante Bouschet) and Syrah. Cherry red colour with hints of violet. Lovely intensity with aromas of minerality and red fruits. On the palate it’s an expressive and clean wine with a good balance of fruitiness and flavours typical of limestone, balanced by well-structured tannins and fresh acidity.

The estate where Bodegas Venta la Vega is located includes more than 850 hectares of ecological farm land in the mountainous limestone area of Almansa. Altitudes of 1200 metres encourage the creation of distinct, natural micro-climates that enable the land to be farmed using ecological techniques that do not involve any chemical treatments or additives on the 250 hectares of vineyards.
