Description
Ageing in bourbon-laced wood has created a bigger character and built on those already indulgent and decadent flavours we love in Bueno Shake.
The result is a complex mix of melted dark and milk chocolate with toasted hazelnuts, a touch of fragrant spice from the rye and sweet wafer and vanilla.
Lightly smoked & spiced Bourbon from the charred American oak, finishing with a velvet smoothness for an incredibly easy drinking and indulgent finish.

UnBarred was established in 2014 from the shed of founder and Head Brewer Jordan Mower. They soon outgrew the shed and moved onto gypsy brewing, enabling them to grow production and hone their craft, working together with other fabulous breweries.
Since establishing their taproom and brewery in the heart of Brighton in August 2019, Unbarred Brewery have quadrupled their production and embraced the Brighton community that they call home. The core range is stocked nationwide, alongside ltd editions that embody the creativity, passion and freedom that have always defined their core ethos.
