Description
This Imperial Stout was brewed with our friends from Hard Lines Roastery in Cardiff. Built on a rich, full- bodied stout base, we steeped 30kg of whole bean coffee to draw out a soft, layered extraction. The washed Ethiopian beans bring clarity and lift, amplifying the stout’s caramel richness with delicate notes of peach and tangerine. Deep, smooth, and quietly vibrant.

Producer Details
Beak are a small independent brewery and taproom in the historic brewing town of Lewes. They love making everything from hop-forward IPAs and best bitters to saisons and imperial stouts. Beak also have a mixed fermentation project centered around a 5,000 litre oak foudre, which they use to create beers that showcase ingredients from the surrounding South Downs National Park, including native hops, wild yeast strains and grain grown just down the road.
