Grown from hand-selected Pinot Noir fruit on Highweald’s Sussex vineyards, this Blanc de Noirs 2022 turns the classic English grape into a sparkling white of poise and personality. A gently sheltered site and cool climate encourage slow ripening, leading to lifted aromas of crisp red apple, chalky minerality and subtle hints of citrus zest that speak to the elegance of Sussex terroir.
On the palate, it’s fresh yet refined - vibrant red fruit notes mingle with a fine bead of mousse and a bright, persistent finish.
