The Colombard Sauvignon Blanc blend is pale yellow with beautiful glints of green, and brilliantly clear. The bouquet is exuberant with plenty of fruit (grapefruit, lychee, passion-fruit) and a hint of acacia. The taste is well-rounded, quite full and very fresh, and there is a good follow-through from the bouquet: fruit, more fruit, even more fruit! Its powerful flavours will have coming back for more and more!
