100% Tempranillo. A bold yet elegant wine. The grapes were hand-picked and then fermented in stainless steel and wood, before the wine was aged for 12 months in 80% French and 20% American oak. Full of juicy black fruit and hints of spice, it's delicious with red meat and hearty main courses, as well as mature cheese.
