Made in Chailey, East Sussex, this gin is distilled with juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, black pepper, green cardamom, lavender, lemon peel, orris root and pure water drawn from the owner's own Sussex well. The gin is beautifully balanced with juniper and zesty fresh notes to the fore, balanced by subtle hints of spice and aromas of lavender. A modern classic.
