This Late Pick DDH Hazy IPA highlights Motueka harvested in the very final days of the season. Loaded with Motueka from Eggers Hops (Lot EH25-023D-MOT) and amplified with a dose of late pick Motueka hop kief this beer captures the lush, tropical intensity that defines the late harvest character. Expect a more rich, tropical Motueka with fleshy mango, key lime pie and clear gummy bears."

Producer Details
Beak are a small independent brewery and taproom in the historic brewing town of Lewes. They love making everything from hop-forward IPAs and best bitters to saisons and imperial stouts. Beak also have a mixed fermentation project centered around a 5,000 litre oak foudre, which they use to create beers that showcase ingredients from the surrounding South Downs National Park, including native hops, wild yeast strains and grain grown just down the road.
