Viosinho 70%, Codega de Larinho 20% Gouveio 10%. On the nose, fresh floral aromas comingle with ripe yellow and green orchard fruit and a touch of slate. On the palate, bright and juicy, with mouthfilling concentration and refreshing acidity. A core of green and gold apple, pear and white pepper are wrapped with pleasant floral and mineral flavours on the long finish.

Producer Details
Nonconformist, disruptive, bold, daring, restless, captivating. These are some of the adjectives that can define both António Maçanita, winemaker and consultant, and the wines he makes. António Maçanita started in the world of wines in 2000, in the Azores, but it was only in 2004, at the age of 23, that he made his first wine, winning the 2004 Preta wine won the Alentejo Trophy at the International Wine Challenge.
Since then António has continued to gain recognition for his winemaking including the the 2018 title of Winemaker of the Year by Revista dos Vinhos and the 2018 Singularity Award from Grandes Escolhas Magazine and Fitapreta Vinhos received the award for Best Producer of the Year 2020, also by Revista de Vinhos.
