The first ever Rose to be released by Dermot under the Sugrue South Downs label, this is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier and 30% Chardonnay. A limited release of only 4500 bottles made, from this exceptional yet low yielding vintage. The wine has been aged on its lees for 4 years and then for a further 1 year under cork before release and is an exceptional example of what this country is capable of.
