For this experimental new DIPA we’re trialling a new technique, alongside our massive primary dry hop of Citra, Nelson and Strata, we’re squeezing more flavour out of second use hops from two big IPAs to see if we can go even more saturated in hop juice.

Producer Details
Beak are a small independent brewery and taproom in the historic brewing town of Lewes. They love making everything from hop-forward IPAs and best bitters to saisons and imperial stouts. Beak also have a mixed fermentation project centered around a 5,000 litre oak foudre, which they use to create beers that showcase ingredients from the surrounding South Downs National Park, including native hops, wild yeast strains and grain grown just down the road.
