50cl Bottle. 100% Muscat de Frontignan Grapes are left to raisin on the vines, and are hand-selected. Fermentation of the must takes place in stainless-steel, followed by 18 months of maturation in oak barrels. The resulting wine is then released nearly five years after harvest. Burnished copper in colour with alluring, exotic aromas of Turkish Delight intermingle with fragrant honeysuckle, citrus peel and clove spiciness. Unctuously sweet, deeply complex and concentrated tropical and Seville orange marmalade flavours are lifted by a fine acid thread to a satisfyingly long, delicious and lipsmackingly vibrant finish. 177g r/s.
