A perfectly balanced dry gin crafted with 13 carefully selected botanicals. Juniper-rich, with grains of paradise, cassia and cardamom, enhanced by a hint of zesty grapefruit. Serve with Indian tonic water and garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel. Shake with lemon juice and sugar syrup for a superb gin sour.
This Sussex Dry Gin is created using vacuum distillation. The glass vacuum still operates at a much lower pressure and temperature than a traditional copper still. This gentle approach creates uniquely smooth spirits and preserves complex flavours that can be lost during conventional, high-temperature distillation.
