Our vines on the appellation Chablis spread over 12 hectares, situated at the heart of the Chablisian vineyard. ThThis wine is aged in stainless steel tanks and is characterised by its freshness, power and tenacity.
The bouquet displays a dominance of mineral notes, along with delicate touches of citrus fruit (lemon and grapefruit). This wine can be enjoyed over the next 2 years, an excellent match for seafood.
