The Rare Expressions No.96 bears the hallmark of their signature style - structure, depth of flavour and layers of complexity, enhanced by a long period of bottle ageing. A rich, yet beautifully balanced wine, deep golden in colour. Delightful notes of baked apples, honey and a biscuity richness, layered with hints of toasted walnuts and candied citrus peel. Delicate bubbles, and a velvety texture leading to a long-lingering finish. This wine is their 2014 Classic Cuvee, aged on lees for 8 years.
